Where do I begin. A few days before I arrived they called me to say I had to move to a different apartment which I said okay but was it the exact same they assured me it was but it didn’t have a lift I said no problem Turns out they moved me to one with less beds meaning one person in our party had no where to sleep. They offered me a second apartment for one of our party to sleep in ON THE SECOND night and when we went to use it on the second night it was in use by someone else aka double booked. They then refused me compensation for bedding we had to purchase to use on the last night of our stay. A joke of a company. Please avoid

It nice but flight of stairs to forth floor not suitable for older ppl

No salt pepper sauce etc coffee tea or sugar

Good location, clean facilities, and comfortable.

A little short of kitchen facilities. More plates, cups, glasses, and bowls would be better

Close to city centre, train station. Good value for money

arrived at the property with very minimal signage to a gate coded barrier with no code for this. After speaking to some dipstick on the phone for 15mins she finally told me it. Parked the van up and then went on a wild goose chase to find the key code box with keys in. Absolute joke where they were.

The apartment was very clean & comfortable, & close to train station & shops. Would definitely stay again.

Would have been better if there had been a parking space allocation near the apartment
