Ubytovať som sa mal po 14:00 hod. Pred obedom mi volala pani z hotela,že nestíhajú upratať apartmán ,že bude k dispozícii až po 17:00 hod.
Terrible experience. We reserved for an apartment with kitchenette and only when on the spot (9 pm) we were told that, due to overbooking, there were only two hotel single rooms available at higher rate. After poor and somewhat ridiculous explanations over the issue, the least the reception could do was to send us to another hotel.
Mi è stato cambiato l'appartamento per un hotel adducendo un overbooking cosa non veritiera. La cosa mi ha causato un danno notevole perché non avevo la cucina. Nell'hotel Viktor non mi hanno mai fatto le pulizie per 11 giorni. Il WiFi non funzionava. Pessima esperienza e voi siete scandalosi. Dovreste vergognarvi per come trattate i clienti che rimangono in balia dell'host che decide a modo suo. Non prenoterò più con voi.
