Not what I need to remember

The location was good, and the apartment was fairly clean. It had everything needed for cooking (pots, plates, utensils), although there were no paper napkins. The bathroom was cozy and clean, and the terrace was nice. The apartment itself was quite spacious.

The shower had an issue: the water was either too hot or cold, as the mixer didn’t seem to work properly (probably due to limescale buildup in the pipes/filter). The fridge was also very noisy (same room as the bed), and while there was a note saying to unplug it if it was too noisy, that wasn’t really an option since I had food inside. However, the worst part was the customer service. Check-in starts at 3 PM, but I didn’t receive the code to access the key until 6 PM. I messaged multiple times and called, but no one answered. When they finally called me back at 6 PM, they didn’t even apologize. Because of this, I had to change my plans and wait around in the city instead of being able to use the apartment, with the fear to have been scammed and to search for another hotel/apartment.
