Most was ok

The small room was cramped and stuffy

A quaint, clean budget friendly room in a quiet location. Big bathroom with a bath.

Small bedroom and hearing water pump switch on and off constantly.

Beautiful hotel with very friendly and helpful staff

There was eleven of us in our group, the staff were brilliant the food was great and drinks were at a good price. The location was good for our needs. We only had one issue which is listed below.

One of our group had to be moved to another hotel due to the shower tray not draining. Unfortunatly he had unpacked all his stuff so had to re pack for one evening. I asked (as I had organised and paid for the stay) if I could get a reduction in the cost due to one of our party having to re locate for one night, the owners said that as I booked through Booking.com they were not reponsible for cost discounts and I should contact Booking.com.

Location fabulous for motorway links and exploring. Very hospitable team, clean, fabulous value for money. Highly recommend it.

Nothing to not like.. it’s great

Staff were very friendly and welcoming. The room was very clean,comfortable bed and dogs welcome. We did eat in the bar area and this was great as we were away from the noise of other people. The breakfast was a great mix of fruit,yoghurt,cereal. Hot breakfast choices were great quality and cooked perfectly. Great value and perfect stop over on the way down from fort william to the south. We were in a downstairs room and so easy access to the outside for the dogs. Please make sure if you have a dog you book in line with agreee rooms. We initially booked a superior room and changed to double on reading dogs were not allowed in superior. Our rooms were beautiful and this is a non issue but worth noting and not missing this like i did at first!
