The location is fantastic, the garden room was better than I expected, and the breakfasts were substantial.

The owner is phenomenal! His breakfast was delicious and perfect to get us ready for a full day of strenuous hiking! Beautiful, beautiful immaculate property complete with hummingbirds and a koi pond!

Great location, super friendly host. Very comfortable and quiet. Would definitely book again if we make it back to Zion.

Noel was a great host with lots of knowledge and great suggestions for activities in the area. Cooked a hot breakfast too!

Overall excellent! Great location - only a 10-minute walk to the visitor centre / shuttle buses into the park. Noel gave excellent advice on how to make the most of our three-day stay. The accommodation felt homely and had everything we needed. Breakfast was delicious and clearly prepared with the understanding that guests would be spending the day exploring and hiking in the park.

Beautiful location and home

Air conditioning could be better but that is hard to do for every person with their own desires for temperature control

It was the perfect location less than a mile from Zion, walkable or there were frequently running shuttles. Our 2nd floor room had a deck which over looked the garden and faced the mountains of Zion. It was breathtaking. There was a hot tub in the yard that we used after long days of hiking, it was heavenly. Watching the numerous hummingbirds at their feeders was an added bonus. Breakfast each morning was healthy and delicious. Suzette and Noel were the perfect hosts, giving us numerous helpful hints about hiking and surrounding sites. We highly recommend this place and would definitely go back.
