Excellent location . Great buffet breakfast . Overall nice hotel with stunning pool

일단 숙소 위치가 너무 좋았습니다. 걸어서 시내에 가기에 너무 편했어요. 방도 청결하고 벌레도 없었습니다. 트위룸으로 예약했는데 더블침대로 되어서 변경 부탁하니 바로 트윈룸으로 바꿔주셔서 감사했습니다. 직원분들은 친절하세요. 시내에서 지내기에는 좋은 호텔입니다

조식이 먹을게 별로 없고 바깥 소음이 다 들려요.

The location is great and the accommodation is cheap.

The hotel is very busy, so expect to be waiting for everything including checking in and out, as well as the buffet. The buffet was quite unsanitary. Many other guests were utilising their hands to grab food. The hotel was also quite stuffy and the carpets smelt of feet, it was very unappealing but I suppose you get what you pay for.

The rooftop terrace on the 40th floor is beautiful and has a nice swimming pool with sunbeds. The hotel is centrally located in Nha Trang. Right next to the hotel there is one of the few street food stalls in Nha Trang, offering tasty skewers, as well as a stand with fresh fruit, juices, and smoothies. The beds in the hotel room are soft, and there is plenty of hot water.

The staff was unfriendly. Most of the sunbeds at the pool are in the shade, and it was extremely windy on the rooftop. Overall, the hotel felt like fake luxury. It is overcrowded with Russian guests, to the point that after checkout the staff made us wait while they checked the room for missing items. There is a price list in the room stating how much you have to pay if something breaks (for example, a glass), which feels very unwelcoming and not customer-friendly. The bed and the shower were too short for me as someone who is 1.78 m tall. The shower tray is leaking, causing water to flood the bathroom. We booked a room with two single beds but were given a room with one double bed instead. Additionally, the room was not properly cleaned: there was rubbish from previous guests under the bed, including a bikini top and an empty beer can. The TV also turns on automatically every time you enter the room, which is very annoying.
