The person I dealt with throughout was extremely kind and maximally helpful. Also the person he arranged to be my taxi driver, Cristian was excellent; he was there well ahead of time and we had a great conversation about contemporary physics, nuclear power, etc. The food was excellent.

The room was nice, but there wasn't a lot of space to put things down, except on the floor or the window ledge. Some drawers would have been helpful. Also it is a bit far away from Malpensa, but that was my fault as I arranged this hotel late in the planning process, and there was nothing closer to the airport for one night.
