Quiet, clean and comfortable.

Would have been nice to be able to adjust the temp in the room. However, I realize this is not always possible, and there were plenty of blankets in the room to compensate.

Beautiful room, very comfortable. Huge bathroom. Breakfast was amazing, freshly cooked bacon, eggs, and potatoes, along with yoghurt, fruit. Toast, scones, and jam. Easy walk into town.where there is a good choice of restaurants. Thoroughly recommend The Respite!

The room size was perfect for our group of 3. The breakfast in the morning was excellent, the perfect amount of food to start our day. The chef was so nice and accommodating, Ready to make more of anything that was running low. The signature was very helpful, we had no questions about anything we needed. The building and furnishings were super cute and comfortable! We all 3 agreed we'd be back if we ever come to Paducah again!

There really wasn't much we didn't like!... this is me being picky - we had 3 guests in our room and there were only towels set for 2 (hand towels, make up towels, wash clothes, and 4 bath towels - which was fine for our 1 night stay.) And there was no bath mat for stepping out of the shower.

Absolutely charming and well appointed bed and breakfast, very close to Paducah’s historic downtown area and the Carson Center for Performing Arts.
