Dwór Giemzów Hotel - Autostrada A1

Both my wife and I are Art Professors and came to Poland after a painting seminar we held in Greece. My wife and her mom are from Poland and came for a short visit. We have traveled and held seminars in many countries and have stayed in numerous hotels and Airbnbs but have never been so surprised by an accommodation such as this. The DG Hotel and restaurant is an absolutely stunning place of beauty and adorned by hundreds of very fine works of art spanning centuries. Lidia’s taste in paintings, tapestries, etchings, engravings, photographs, sculptures, antique furniture and fixtures is highly refined and informed. Outside this 18th c. mansion the grounds of the estate is surrounded by trees and flowers and garden settings in an English style…just gorgeous, quiet and tranquil. She is a gracious and generous host. Her staff could not be more friendly and helpful. We loved it 😍 and are even contemplating holding a painting seminar there in the future ( if possible).

Nothing. A little refrigerator in the apartment would be an improvement.

Atmosphere, nice stylization, and interior

Non-working restaurant with no information about it, not comfortable room, dirty bedclothes, problems with hot water and sewerage

Poor Breakfast

Wi-Fi didn’t work on a second floor, restaurant didn’t work so we had to travel 15 km to have a dinner, the mattress is very hard, hot water after midnight didn’t work, no good value for money

Flexibility. Cleanliness. Excellently quiet. Friendly.

Poor quality breakfast.
