Apartamentos María Luisa

Excelente ubicación a un paso del centro pero sin embargo en una zona tranquila. Se puede aparcar fácilmente y además te ofrecen opción de parking por un pequeño coste adicional. El apartamento tenía todas las comodidades y disponía de menaje suficiente. El check-in y recogida de llaves se hace en el hotel del mismo nombre, que no queda excesivamente lejos.

Easy to find. The heating was on for us so nice to arrive to a warm apartment on a cold day

Going to the hotel before hand to pick the key up. There was no parking outside so had to double park down a side street.

Quiet environment, easy access to town centre. Bedroom was good.

WiFi was appalling ( had been previously reported) The air conditioner/ heater was not working and the rooms were cold on arrival. There was no heat coming from the AC unit but after contacting the desk, staff brought a portable heater which improved the temperature. The kitchen was poorly equipped with a dishwasher but not enough cutlery or crockery to cater for a meal. Furnishings were basic; There were no tea towels or cushions/ throws to make the furniture more comfortable. Pet policy was ambiguous and It was unclear how much we would pay for them. Basically a hotel mentality for a rental is not appropriate! A questionnaire from 2023 was left in the information pack !

Pas de chauffage, ballon d’eau qui ne supporte qu’une seule douche, canapé lit de mauvais qualité, fuite dans la salle de bain, emplacement de l’évier sous l’escalier

La cercanía al centro

Siendo tres personas la ducha sin agua caliente. Tiene depósito eléctrico y el agua caliente cronómetro de 2 minutos.
