La estructura exterior de la casa es muy bonita.

Cuando llegamos cargados con maleta al abrir la puerta, el código no funcionaba, estaba roto y estuvimos en la calle esperando que llegaran a traernos unas llaves nuevas, ya que la recepción está en otra parte de la ciudad. Sabiendo que ya era una puerta que le habían hecho un "apaño" anteriormente, podían dar las llaves normales directamente.

Parkeren in de bijbehorende ondergrondse garage was wel een uitdaging!

The location of this apartment is perfect if you want to be in a quiet place but still quite close to the city. The apartment is across the road from the river and a nice kids playground. Perfect for taking walks along the river and spend a few days in a relaxing environment. It has a dishwasher and washing machine and microwave. All work well and quite new. The stairs are dangerous if you have younger kids. Also the sofa bed is downstairs so make sure your kids are willing to sleep there. TV upstairs has Netflix and cable channels. Picking up the key from the hotel - staff spoke good English which is quite a bonus from the experience we had throughout in Burgos!

No outdoor space except for windows. The very nasty smell coming from the bathroom really needs to be addressed as it is horrendous. The bathroom on the whole needs an upgrade. I wasn't comfortable showering there. TV downstairs only Spanish channels. Having to go pick up the key from the hotel could be avoided with a code given online perhaps.

Perfect localization. Good distance from center. Good price and close located parking. Very competent nice person on reception desk. We get all necessary info with keys. :)

The sofa on ground floor was not so cozy.

Le tuve que pedir cambio de apartamento por que el que nos correspondía era horrible el olor a gas que salía del baño, toda la noche con la puerta cerrada del baño y la ventana de la habitación abierta. Imposible dormir por el ruido de los coches pasando al lado de la ventana y gente con maletas. Los colchones como piedra y las sábanas con manchass. La verdad no entiendo como puede tener puntuación tan alta.

La posizione, facilità di parcheggio, struttura gradevole. Siamo arrivati molto tardi ma non è stato un problema.

Non abbiamo trovato lenzuola per 4 letti e ci siamo dovuti arrangiare, essendo arrivati tardi, aprendo un divano letto ed utilizzando i copriletti. Prenotando per 4 hanno dato per scontato che due fossero bambini e che dormissero insieme in un letto alla francese, mentre veniva dichiarata la presenza di 4 letti.

La ubicación es fantástica, y la reforma del pósito es de buen gusto, dentro de un edificio antiguo muy bonito.

El recojo de la llave es un poco incómodo (se debe hacer en otro establecimiento de la cadena, en el centro de la ciudad)

Emplacement idéal, l'appartement est facile d'accès et est plutôt adapté aux animaux domestiques. Les équipements sont simples mais conviennent pour ce type d'hébergement. Les lits et le ménage étaient faits à notre arrivée.

Problème d'humidité résiduelle dans la salle de bain, probablement due à une mauvaise conception de l'évacuation de la douche. En résulte une odeur forte et désagréable que nous n'avons pas réussi à faire partir, même en aérant intégralement l'appartement. Par ailleurs, la climatisation avait été réglée à 16° lors de notre arrivée.
