Frühstück mau, man kommt zur abgesprochenen Zeit und findet z.T. leere Teller beim Buffet vor und muss alles an der nachfragen, Mitarbeiter ist freundlich, hat aber von nichts ne Ahnung und muss selbst weiter fragen. Für den privaten Parkplatz haben wir einen Stellplatz für 5€ die Nacht bezahlt und bekommt am ersten Abend KEINEN! Ansprechpersonal ist nicht vorhanden! Wir waren schon im August da, seit dem hat es sich deutlich verschlechtert!

Das Frühstück war sehr gut, Parkplatz gleich gegenüber des Hotels, das Personal war hilfsbereit.

Betten waren viel zu weich, Parkgebühren von 5€ in Freital???

Gute Erreichbarkeit, öffentliche Verkehrsmittel in der Nähe, ausreichend öffentliche Parkplätze

Wir haben nicht das von uns gebuchte Zimmer (mit Balkon) bekommen, trotz Reklamation. Es gab keine Doppelbetten (auch dieses hatten wir gebucht). Die Matratzen waren viel zu weich. Das Frühstück war überschaubar und die Brötchen waren aufgebacken (auch am Werktag). Der Essensgeruch aus dem Restaurant zog in die Zimmer.
