Sunshine Place

Quiet and clean. Very convenient for Enfield town centre and transport. Crockery and cutlery provided. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, toaster, kettle, washer dryer and fridge freezer. Internet is available.

Too warm. No information provided about facilities e.g. Wi-Fi password and how to dispose of refuse. I got the Wi-Fi password from the bottom of the router but it could have easily been provided in an information pack.

Some noise from work going on in the neighbourhood.

Ceiling leaked and went all over the bed then all over the windows, told host to get a refund and host didn't know what to say other than "we are getting this sorted but i'm sorry for inconvenience"

Good location for business meeting with plenty of local amenities nearby. Apartment itself was spacious and very clean. Bed was also extremely comfortable, which can often be overlooked. Balcony provided some welcome oitside time.

Hard to find entrance, and was kept waiting for at least 10 minutes on arrival as somebody was sent to meet me with a key.
