Personale cordiale, ristorante ottimo, vista impeccabile

La strada per arrivare è un po' stretta ma è una caratteristica di tutte le strade del posto. Il lago ha un grande potenziale ma è lasciato andare probabilmente per la mancanza di volontà nel migliorare da parte di qualcuno.

Ottima posizione, direttamente lungo il Cammino di Oropa e con vista panoramica sul lago. Lo staff si è reso disponibile a consegnarci la colazione anticipatamente avendo esigenza di ripartire in prima mattinata il giorno del check out. Colazione abbondante di base dolce. Letto con materasso molto comodo e dimensioni generose. Il bagno è arredato con gusto, ottima biancheria e profotti monosuo per la cura della persona. Molto accogliente e ben arredato lo spazio esterno.

L'ingresso al box doccia è molto sacrificato avendo il bidet molto a ridosso del vetro in cristallo che funge da separè fisso del box doccia. Si suggerisce una verifica preventiva accurata della biancheria prima della consegna della camera, il retro delle federe e il bordo superiore del copripiumino presentavano degli aloni.

La stanza era decisamente spaziosa e luminosa. Il letto molto comodo. La dotazione di cuscini super! Il minibar molto apprezzato così come la macchinetta del caffè. La doccia al termine della giornata un toccasana.

Nulla che non mi sia piaciuto, lo staff è stato molto cordiale. Nonostante le nostre sveglie all'alba siamo stati coccolati da una splendida colazione. Forse un tocco di salato ci poteva stare, Un paio di dimenticanze che sono state prontamente sistemate, grazie!

Die Lage ist Mega. Blick zum See und in die Berge. Das Restaurant mit Blick ist sehr schön. Das Essen war hervorragend und der Service sehr freundlich.

Das Frühstück war leider sehr mau…das meiste verpackt…kein Obst, Käse oder Wurst. Ein Semmelchen vom Abend bekamen wir nach Anfrage. Am 2. Tag hat man uns dann total vergessen. Um 8 Uhr war noch alles geschlossen. Wir sind dann eben ohne gefahren.
