Feiticeira Guesthouse

This guest house is a gem, just a short walk from lovely swimming beaches and with a gorgeous view. In the morning you will wake to the sound of birds and be able to spot many local birds and if lucky, even a toucan. Besides the comfortable beds and lovely accommodations, the hosts are the warmest people you could hope to meet. I couldn't imagine staying anywhere else. Thank you Matheus and Manu for a wonderful stay!

Amazing breakfast and breathtaking views, kind people and a lovely cat, beautiful surroundings with lushy green and paradise beaches! Yes the flies were annoying, but if you use the right cream often you can minimize the damage a lot. Totally worth it!

The bed was a bit uncomfortable

A Pousada é muito legal, porém tem vários pontos que precisa ser vistos, primeiro ficamos em um quarto que não dava nem para descansar, as pessoas andavam o tempo inteiro e a parte de cima era piso de madeira fazendo com que tivesse barulho o tempo todo no quarto, o quarto que ficamos provavelmente devia ter sido adaptado de uma sala, tinha uma janela que dava para um corredor bem sinistro que parecia que a qualquer momento alguém colocaria a cara lá. A porta do quadro é toda de vidro voltada para a circulação do pessoal e com uma cortina só e que ficava entre aberta. A cama era bem confortável e o ar condicionado funcionava muito bem. O Café da manhã muito gostoso, porem para comer ovos ou tapioca precisa esperar a moça fazer e demora muito, pois você vai tomar café e as coisas não estão prontas as 8h, pedimos um omelete e só ficou pronto 1h depois isso porque só tinha eu e marido quando pedimos e só depois começou a subir mais pessoas e a moça da cozinha não para de falar e acaba se distraindo com os pedidos. Outra coisa que não gostamos foi de ter que ser condicionado a sentar no lugar que ela queria, acho que a mesa você escolhe onde esta vazio e se senta. A piscina é bastante funda, meu filho não ficou a vontade lá, então não acho apropriada para crianças, enfim as áreas são bem bonitas mas creio que tenha que melhorar muitas coisa e também ter uma recepção para ter uma melhor recepção.

Excelente estadia com muito conforto, ótimo local e com um atendimento perfeito! Destaque para o café da manhã preparado com muito amor pela Malu. Instalações limpas e bem conservadas. Recomendo muito!

Amazing location at Ilhabela, quiet far from the buzzy center and closer to different beaches and waterfalls at a walking distance. I really enjoyed the personalized breakfast experience even though the options of bread we can find in the Island are limited, the hosts managed to provide eggs, cakes, fruits, juices and tapioca freshly made. They were also super kind to introduce the place, the other guests and give tips to enjoy the Island. I loved the room's decoration! It's unique and comfortable. Loved the rocky floor when leaving the shower. Loved the bed's location and the windows. I loved the aquabus in the neighbourhood.

I would prefer a shower that is not electric, but given not everywhere we can have the structure for that, I would prefer a stronger electric shower option. I missed an amazing shower with that amazing room. The swimming pool was not impressive. But that's okay, since we don't really need one in Ilhabela. I would love if we could have a small space to do the laundry (even if manually). About the location, I hated the side walks and it felt dangerous to walk around, the host gave me tips to arrive at beaches without having to walk on the avenue though.

The house is stunning, as is the garden. In my opinion, the pictures don't do it justice. It is in a quiet location with a beautiful view, and I would recommend renting a car to go about the island. Amazing host, delicious breakfast, great tips about what to do and where to go. Our baby (6 months old) was the star of the house and it was very handy to have access to the kitchen to warm up her food. We do not speak Portuguese and it never was a problem (offline/online translator is a great help).
