Everything was as described on Booking. Nice and comfortable stay, very clean. The property owner was waiting for me to do check-in in the middle of night due to my late flight. Everything went smoothly. Breakfast was homemade and nice.

Gastgeber waren sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Lage ist auch nicht weit weg von der Stadt, Zimmer waren auch sehr sauber und das Frühstück war auch lecker.

Some rooms are on the first floor, you don't get both a good garden view and privacy. It is not bad, but good to know.

The host was very kind and welcoming. The breakfast was very good with nice options to start the day. The room was clean, cozy, and well prepared, which made it easy to relax.

The location is very good and the owner very kind and helpful with everything. A very nice value for money choice and highly suggested if you are going to stay in Kutaisi.

The facilities are flawless; the building is beautiful, Spotless, brand-new towels, and washing machine, refrigerator, dishes, glasses, and full kitchen equipment await to make your stay unforgettable. the owner’s wife makes delicious breakfast. I loved the omelette and jam. The owners have thought through everything to the smallest detail for a comfortable stay for the guests. Well equipped for travelers with anything they might need. The owner let me check in very early morning, it was very kind of him. Thank you. I would highly recommend this place to friends and family, and would happily return here next time.
