Property was top notch. Great stay!

Stayed for a night but loved the place. Close to essentials and not too far from the beach. Quiet. Breakfast was the boost I needed. 10/10 would recommend and would stay again.

It was an easy check in experience and the staff was lovely. They were welcoming and easy to speak with and very accommodating.

I had one of the worst hotel experiences of my life here. After a full day of driving, my family and I arrived late at night, exhausted but relieved to finally check in. I had already prepaid for our reservation through Booking.com, yet the receptionist demanded my credit card without any explanation. Assuming it was just a standard verification, I complied. To my shock, I immediately received a notification that $150 had been charged without my consent or even a basic explanation. When I confronted the receptionist, he offered no proper greeting, no confirmation of my reservation, and no transparency whatsoever. His only response was that Booking.com had supposedly not notified them that I had already paid. I insisted on an immediate refund so I wouldn't be double-charged, but he flatly refused. The same dismissive attitude continued the next morning with his supervisor and even afterward by email. To make matters worse, it took more than a month to finally get my money back. When you are on vacation, this is not an amount you can afford to be without, and the delay was unacceptable. This hotel’s lack of professionalism, transparency, and basic respect for their guests is unacceptable. Taking money from customers without authorization is nothing short of dishonest. Instead of offering solutions or even an apology, they hid behind excuses and refused to help. If you value honesty, clear communication, and fair treatment, stay far away from this place. There are plenty of other establishments that actually respect their guests and don’t resort to deceitful practices.
