La gentillesse du personnel qui a réagit lorsqu'il a été interpelé. Le garage fermé et privatif sous l'hôtel directement accessible par l'ascenseur. Wifi gratuit

Le détartrant (!!) laissé dans la cafetière d'étage qui nous a brûlé l'œsophage jusqu'à ce que je change moi-même l'eau (3 personnes brûlées). Le lavabo de notre SdB bouché qui nous a obligé à changer de chambre. Les lits extrêmement souples et contraires au maintien normal du dos. Le restaurant très cher et fermé le dimanche.
