Struttura molto bella e accogliente , fronte arena di Verona con tutti i servizi impeccabili... pulizia struttura eccezionale..

Die Wohnung ist super zentral gelegen. Vom Balkon hat man eine Klasse Sicht auf die Arena. Zu Fuß ist man in 5 Minuten in der Altstadt. Die Kommunikation war immer freundlich und unkompliziert. Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet und sehr sauber.

En general me gustó todo y volvería sin dudarlo. Por decir algo, sofá cama de planta baja, algo incómodo, y haría falta un aseo en la planta baja.

The location was great. The flat was big and it was nice to have a full size refrigerator and freezer. Davide was very responsive to our needs and the Yellow Passes for the area around the Olympics were very helpful. Thanks Davide! It was a bonus to have a neighbourhood bar and cafe right downstairs with friendly people and a good breakfast. I'm telling all my friends that, if they plan to visit Verona, the Arena Balcony is the place to stay.

note positive: location, dimensione appartamento

note negative: pulizia cosi cosi, lenzuola e asciugamani puliti e ordinati ma in terra c'erano capelli e pavimento pulito male. inoltre il portone principale sulla strada non si chiudeva, rimanendo sempre aperto. non il massimo per la sicurezza. la temperatura esterna era molto alta e l'aria condizionata in camera ce la faceva a malapena, comunque si stava bene.
