Arena Balcony

We only had hot water the first day. There was construction so I don’t know if that had something to do with it - but that was the only thing -everything else was great.

Beautiful apartment, clean, with everything what you need for staying. Perfect location, nice owner.

In front of Arena. Would lovely live there. With kitchen, ideal for more days stay! All historic places reachable in less minutes. Cafe on ground, perfect start with short breakfast (fresh pressed orange juice). Parking well arranged, 10min away. Announce car plate to access ZTL (drop off, pick up).

Where to even begin with this place!! Such a stunning apartment, we loved the decor and the home feel it had. The location was 10/10 and the balcony overlooking the Arena was just stunning! We found the property very easily and used the private carpark a 10 min walk from the location. We loved everything about our stay here! The bed was very comfortable and beautifully decorated on our arrival. I dont think you'll find a better place to stay when in Verona!

The AC on the second floor was broken, it was 27 Celsius upstairs to sleep. The shower drain doesn’t drain so water goes up… Right beside the coliseum with looks beautiful BUT if there’s a concert while you stay be assured that you won’t sleep much it’s very loud. Also, there was no sheets to be found for the sofa bed. Which I rented this place because we were two friends traveling together. Parking was great, 20min walk The place looks charming but wouldn’t go back.

Excellent location literally overlooking the arena at the back. Great to have a balcony there to look out from. Interesting space over two floors. Clean, really nicely presented. Great communication from the staff.

There should have been some blankets left in the cupboard upstairs.. the weather was we were a bit cold overnight and other than getting towels there wasn’t anything we could do about it…

Apartment well set up, good location to the Arena for the concert we attended, nice restaurant below, kitchen well equipped. Very good wifi connection and the amazing view from the balcony overlooking the Arena Also the good supply of coffee was great!!!!
