Местоположение отличное, отель закрытого типа вход по чипу, номер отличный диваны удобные, персонал отзывчивый, брали с террасой так как курящие можно выйти покурить ,выпить кофе ,есть чайник, вечером посидеть на свежем воздухе .

Уважаемые владельцы отеля почините канализацию ,предполагаю плохую работу или отсутствие сифонов в полу по центру и душевой , АМБРЕ в туалете просто убивает весь позитив пребывания в вашем отеле , при том что я отработал сантехником на общегородских очистных сооружениях более 10 лет ну крайне неприятно в таком санузле находится .

Otel rezervasyonu yaparken klima var mı diye özellikle bakıp seçtik. Odadaki klima sadece sıcak çalışıyormuş. Biz mayıs ayında gittik serindi, çok sorun olmadı ama tercih ederken ona göre seçilmeli

Octava Boutique is a charming little hotel in the heart of Tbilisi. Located right on Shota Rustaveli Avenue, it’s within easy walking distance of many key sights, cafés, restaurants, and parks. My room was spacious and well-equipped, with a comfortable bed, a balcony, fast Wi-Fi, strong air-conditioning, and a shower with hot water that came on quickly. While I didn’t interact much with the staff, they were always friendly and helpful, organising a taxi and assisting with my luggage. I didn’t try the breakfast, so I can’t comment on it, but there are plenty of lovely cafés nearby.

Arriving at 5am and sleep-deprived, my Bolt driver and I initially struggled to find the entrance—the sign is quite small and easy to miss. The hotel is located two flights of stairs up with no elevator, which I wasn't aware of based on the description. However, this wasn’t a problem for me, as the friendly receptionist kindly helped carry my luggage. Lastly, although the front desk is advertised as 24-hour, it wasn’t always staffed.

Wonderful location - the best in all respects because it is a ten minute walk to the old city. Therefore it is affordable accommodation and the restaurants nearby are also affordable and frequented by locals. Therefore building is very quiet and I slept soundly, despite being on a main street. My room was at the back of the building. The breakfast is lovely and was brought in each morning. The staff were very helpful and friendly. It is very safe and the building is quiet once inside.
