Grange Villa Amethyst 3 Bed House

We've stayed at this place twice. First was only a week but for the second time landlord contact us and offer discount if we stay long so we stayed 28 days for the second time and left the property on 7th of December. First weekend of our stay,on Sunday there was a Burglary and total £5K of our belongings has been stolen and the case is still ongoing at the major crime desk. Landlord didn't take any responsibility as he's house insurance doesn't cover the visitors belongings he said. He bought outdoor camera and delivered to the house and asked me if I could install it at the backdoor of the property but police officer told me not to. For the nature of my job I travel so much and stay at hotels or Airbnb's but never experienced that before. Wouldn't recommend anyone to stay at this property.

Didn’t cook all kitchen utensils need replacing. Only one key for both back and front door and both door difficult to lock and unlock. Singleplug sockets with extensions running extensions. Only a poor quality 2 seater settee. Plastic stand chairs for other guests. Beds horrendous.

Bedding and towels clean and good quality.
