Tissue walls lol

The receptionist Mel was very understanding and SUPER helpful. She gave us a BRAND NEW kettle- straight out of the box! when I noticed the one in the room was gross. Extra towels for my toddler was no issue either. When I mentioned the skylight and no blind to her she instantly tried to find us a more suitable room which we appreciated so much. My son slept so much better the second night! The room and facilities were disappointing but the staff definitely made all the difference. I was considering cancelling our booking but Mel was so kind and went that extra mile for us. Absolutely wonderful service, THANKYOU MEL!!!!!

During our stay we changed rooms. The room we were in first, didn't have a blind on the MASSIVE sky light, even at night the room was so lit up that my son would not sleep. Previous guests had left water in the kettle which had gone all gross inside. The fan was hanging on by a thread and the bathroom door was a sliding door without a latch or a lock. Trying to keep a toddler out of the bathroom was very stressful. Disappointingly there was no microwave in the room, I did find one in the communal kitchen that was mouldy and falling apart.
