Excelente localização para quem procura sossego. Acesso ao SPA por marcação garante o usufruto com privacidade. Pequeno almoço com qualidade e diversidade. Quinta com muitas cerejas e de acesso aos hóspedes para apanha e degustação até fartar :) Trilho até à cascata a não perder. Destacamos o excelente atendimento e cuidado da Dona Cristina, o que prova que os bons funcionários fazem a diferença no nosso bem estar !

Na chegada gostei bastante da apresentação do local realizado pela recepcionista. Me explicou como tudo funcionava e me deixou a vontade. Fiquei muito grato com a antecipação do café da manhã proposto pela mesma recepcionista pelo motivo de ter que sair bem cedo para o meu compromisso. No jantar que tive no hotel. O serviço foi ótimo e os pratos estavam divinos. A mesma recepcionista (peço perdão por não lembrar o nome dela), foi extremamente solicita em preparar um café da manhã para que eu pudesse comer na estrada, pois eu iria sair de madrugada. Gesto simples, mas que diz muito.

Em relação ao hotel nada. Mas em relação a alguns hospedes inconvenientes deviam ter um pouco mais de senso. Falar alto em público, as vezes pode ser rude.
