Na geklaagd te hebben over de kamer kregen we gauw een andere kamer toegewezen.

De kamer die we kregen was erg teleurstellend vergeleken met de foto's op Booking.com. Als we hadden geweten welke kamer we zouden krijgen dan hadden we een andere accommodatie geboekt. De foto's zijn misleidend. De locatie is zeer moeilijk te vinden, we stonden bij een buurman op de stoep. Het bedrijf is niet direct bereikbaar: ze reageren niet op verzoeken en berichten via Booking.com en telefonisch is er alleen contact te krijgen met een klantenservice.
