"Passable"

"The reception guy "Bashir" used the word "beghairti" two times."

Firstly, I stayed at the guest house thrice and I paid 5500 every time for a medoicre room, only the first time I was offered a complimentary breakfast, and the next time the reception guy named "Bashir" told me to pay for breakfast, I paid Rs.1300 for a mediocre breakfast, although booking.com showed complimentary breakfast. And the third time I didn't ask for breakfast and checked out. Then the 4th time I booked the room via booking.com which had Rs. 4850 with complimentary breakfast, but "Bashir" told me that he cannot give me room, when I have paid 5500 in the past, after a long altercation, where he used bad language, he asked his owner and then he gave us the room but switched off the heating water supply. Furthermore, I had requested him at the time of check-in, to serve breakfast at 8am, but I waited till 10am and no breakfast was served till I checked-out.

"Cozy guesthouse in quiet neighborhood with kind staff and good location!"

We had a great time in this guest house. The neighborhood is very quiet and the staff is incredibly kind. The pick up and drop off were great and everyone was super helpful! Would definitely recommend for someone who wants a cozy and safe place to stay without any fuss.

Unfortunately our shower had an issue when we were there but we managed to find a solution!
