Eine große Wohnung, super ausgestattet. Ruhig gelegen. Ein großer Balkon. Nah am Zentrum, super nah am Bäcker. Bushaltestellen direkt vor der Haustür. Kurkarte kann man gut nutzen. Schifffahrt und Bus ist inbegriffen.

"Sellin ist wunderschön, die Wohnung dagegen sehr enttäuschend."

- die zentrale Lage in Sellin - die Größe der Wohnung - der große Balkon

- Sauberkeit lässt leider zu wünschen übrig ( Dreckige Fenster und Böden, Staubflusen, Spinnweben) - stark abgenutztes Mobiliar wie z.B. die Sofas im Wohnzimmer, Küchenutensilien - Schimmelbefall an den Wandflächen - nicht intakte Heizung im vorderen Schlafraum bei bis zu - 10 Grad Außentemperatur Abgesehen von der Größe der Wohnung und der schönen Lage in Sellin, waren wir sehr enttäuscht. Die Wohnung macht insgesamt einen stark renovierungsbedürftigen Eindruck.

Schönes Apartment. Küche hat alles was man so braucht. Ruhiges Haus. Gastgeber sehr zuvorkommend.

Leider etwas laut, etwas viel Verkehr. Konnte den Balkon nicht immer genießen.

Spontan über Silvester gebucht 🤩 Vorweg , ein super netter Kontakt mit dem Vermieter. Es war ein schönes Appartement sehr gut ausgestattet und in einer Top Lage. Wir konnten alles zu Fuß erledigen und die Bushaltestelle war direkt vor der Tür . Wir kommen gerne wieder
