The room is extremely clean and spotless. The staff are friendly and helpful. The location is perfect - getting on the most beautiful tram #2 across the hotel and easily transfer to other public transit or walking to many restaurants and shops.

Our first room had a bathtub that was really hard to get in and out due to our physical limitations; the bathtub had no hand bar to ensure safety. When we extended our stay and moved to another room, we requested a room with a walk-in shower, which we really appreciated.

This was not our first time we were staying at this hotel. We loved it from the first time. It is modern, clean and well located hotel on the Danube embankment. The Tapas Fino restaurant on the ground floor has very welcoming atmosphere. The hotel has also its own underground garage which is free for the hotel guests. But we loved it most for the people working there. It has probably the most helpful, friendly staff. You feel very welcome. We would like to say special thanks to the receptionist Matild for her attitude and assistance during our stay.

Excellent breakfast. Excellent location, walking distance from everything in the city center. Parking garage available underground. The rooms are extremely clean.
