I was racially abused in the cab ride before I got there and the staff was so empathetic and really looked after me. Chaimae is a gem : )

Nothing. Perfect place

I booked the economy room, but changed it to a bigger room for little extra money . Staff was polite and friendly. Munem was a nice man, he explained to me the city.

Need a hanger for the shower.

Our host Mounaim was exceptional. Extremely friendly and helpful with everything.

The facilities are clean and hygienic. The location and service are good and in line with the price. We were treated very cordially and it was a good choice.

We really reccomend it! Cheimea and the other girls recived us really good, with a good tea and a snack. Then she spend long time explaining us about the city and sending us all the information we needed. The room was perfect and really confortable. The best part was the long and deep conversation we had with Cheimea. We shared and we laught during three ours that looked as 5 minutes. Again, thanks for everything, we’ll come back to visit you!! PD: the breakfast was amazing!

The drive to the gate and parking lot couldn’t have been easier and the place isn’t far on foot from the parking lot. The location was great for walking in the Medina and up to several view points. The place was very clean.

Such a peaceful and welcoming place. The staff are very helpful and pleasant. There is a wonderful view from the roof top terrace. We had the family room which had two rooms giving everyone room to spread out. Good WiFi, showers and breakfast. Easy parking close by and away from the main crazy of the medina but still within the walls of the old town. We recommend.

Slightly strange smell in the bathroom. It can be a little noisy when other guests are talking later at night, but if you choose to stay in a riad that is to be expected.
