After check out, the host marked our stay as canceled, even though we stayed and paid the whole price, we tried to communicate with them to fix this but they ignored our messages, we will contact booking directly about this.

Felt like staying in someone very nice home

The staff and owner were exceptionally hospitable we felt at home. The bed was very comfy.

A little far from eating establishments but the owner provided us with the perfect service of being able to order from different establisments and serve it in their eatery.

I appreciate that this property is pet-friendly, which is great as I like dogs. However, it seems all rooms are open to pets, and unfortunately, my room smelled strongly of dog urine. The owner was welcoming and accommodating when I mentioned that I prefer to eat breakfast after 10 am, even though this was outside the regular breakfast hours. However, the cook was consistently rude during my visits. Access to the property was challenging. There's a person responsible for opening and closing the door, but I was left waiting outside for 30 minutes, struggling to reach both the owner and the gatekeeper. This was particularly stressful given the property's location on a busy, curving road. Additionally, I was disappointed with the laundry service. Despite the owner's assurances, my clothes were ruined: whites turned pink, blacks became faded, and elastics were damaged. The owner offered excuses for the mishap and even blamed me for the damage. Overall, my experience was marred by these issues, and I would not recommend this place based on my stay.

Great staff, nice breakfast with fresh juice, fruits and eggs. A beautiful garden with Mandarine trees, lots of birds to watch and a really nice pool and soccer area for the kids. The kind owner Eduardo welcomed us warmly and had lots of tips for tours, food or dinner options etc. We would definitely recommend the Hotel and come back.
