Beautiful, clean and tidy rooms, great location and helpful staff

The bed was so comfy. The air con is amazing. The location is right by the old town.

Honestly, the stairs. Level 4 with big suitcases was the worst

The room was big, communication was easy and I liked the location as it wasn’t right in the centre with all the hustle and bustle but easy to walk into the centre and to the port

The walls were pretty thin so I did get disturbed by other guests in the night. It was manageable as I was there only for 1 night but this could potentially have become problematic if I was staying for longer and it was ongoing.

Really at the beginning of downtown. Room very clean and well done.

Not well acoustically isolated from the neighbours room, and from the street, but for one, even more night it is good.

Big balcony with a great view, AC, a good shower, fridge with a small freezer, services close by (cafe, bakery, bar, grocery store)

You could hear noise from other rooms, not the most comfortable pillows, not a fan of the blankets

👎👎👎👎The room was dirty. First we arrived,the floor was full of dust,under the bed looked like didn’t been clean for a month at least.I told the reception,which they said ok we will send someone to clean. When I comeback from town,was exactly the same. Next problem was 2 bugs in my room,which I have a record and I will post that too. The 3rd problem was the door didn’t lock properly. I could open it without my card .Again I told them,and again they said ohhh we will send someone to fix it. And nobody came for a week,while we been there. The pillows were full of dust also.i dropped one pillow in the floor,and I nearly got intoxicated by the smell of dust. Location is far from town,and specifically if u wanna stay close to the beach and sea. I asked for an iron,the bring me and said I can keep it all week in my room. When I left the sign in my door 🚪 to clean the room,they took the iron back . And I had to wear my clothes like an idiot .Because reception is opened only till 5pm . I didn’t had nothing else to wear . So ,I would give 0 star definitely! 👎👎👎👎
