The location is very central, next to São Bento Station, and in close proximity to shopping areas, tourist attractions, and the Time Out food market. The room size is decent, and one of our rooms offers a balcony. The overall design is contemporary. Despite the hotel being located at a main intersection, the window and blind noise insulation is exceptional. We opted to include breakfast, and a breakfast box was provided with plenty of fresh pastries and fruit. The staff were exceptional, taking us through the apartment, explaining everything clearly, and being very attentive to our requests, always with a smile and acknowledgment.

The room carpet shows its age and is covered with stains, which are very noticeable due to its light grey colour. None of the rooms offers a proper table for dining, and the washing machine only has a wash function with no dryer.

Minor suggestion would be to add another pillow to each bed. The mattresses are a bit hard
