This hotel exceeded all my expectations! The rooms were spotless, spacious, and beautifully decorated. The staff was incredibly friendly and always ready to help with a smile. The location was perfect, close to major attractions and public transport. I highly recommend this place for a comfortable and unforgettable stay!

"Good hotel but bad service"

The room were clean and beds were comfortable. I could pay with credit card which is a bonus. Breakfast is good. In the room you have facilities provided like kettle, bathrobe, toothbrush... WiFi was good

The receptionist at night, 2 girls, barely speak English. The communication was very bad and very limited. I tried to ask information about the city, metro, advices but her answer was: 'Go Google' The hotel has an extra fee of $5 per person and per night. That is not great. $5 for every person and every night means if 2 adults stay 5 nights they would pay $50 extra at the end of the price. Not good. At 3:30am in the morning I was awake. Besides the receptionist girls there are 2 guys on the chair which I assume they were their friends. They were all laughing loudly. I could hear it from the top floor. I thought to stay longer but I thought I'd rather to stay in another hotel
