"Clean comfortable quiet location near a park and fairly close to downtown."

Breakfast (and dinner) at Marco’s restaurant is great. Staff was helpful during my stay.

Not so much a dislike, but it is a fair walk (2 or 3 km) to get to the central area of town and there is a bus. Stop nearby. It’s in a quiet university zone.
