Ruk Sewana Villa Tree House

Ricksaw service by owner, very nice breakfast!

Too short time, could not stay longer😃

We had a wonderful time staying for a week at the Tree house. The owner is a chap called Freddy, and he's very nice. He has a tuktuk so can take you to where you want to go. He can also arrange an elephant safari. The Tree house is at the bottom of the garden and is very clean and well maintained. Breakfast is served in the garden with monkeys sometimes watching from the trees above. Breakfast and Evening meals are prepared by his mother and is superb. We loved our stay here and we wish Freddy the very best for the future.

Very hospitable family that help you wherever they can. There's only one treehouse in their big garden and the price-value is great. Make sure you ask for Sri Lankan breakfast in the morning! As you're going to be the only guests, this isn't ideal for those wanting to meet other travelers, but it's great for families, couples. Very nice balcony and very quiet location. Restaurants and Cafés at least 10 minutes walking distance.

The host is exceptionally friendly and very helpful with ideas about what to do in the area. the place was very clean and we had everything we needed (hot water shower, mosquitonet, fan, soft beds). we enjoyed the dinners the family cooked for us. especially great was the elephant safari we did, which was recommended by him. this place was better than all the 4 star hotels we have been to do far in Sri Lanka!

The house was amazing. It had a beautiful garden and the host and his family are just amazing. He has a tuktuk so he can bring you everywhere. The mom from the host makes amazing traditional breakfast.
