Ottima la pulizia che delle parti comuni fatta ogni mattina con cura. Zona tranquilla. Spazio per stendere e lavatrice. Spiaggia libera ma curata e con doccia a 700 Mt di distanza dalla casa oppure spiaggia a pagamento. Presenza e disponibilità di Luca il proprietario.
