Hotel Sibilla Residence

Bed bug infestation....although the sheets looked clean, the hotel was very dated and very run down. The shower didn't work very well and the towels were thin. ,Location right next to train line very noisy. No aircon

Positioned close to the beach and the railway station, the location appeared to be very good but with a room on top of a very busy road and roundabout, the noise didn't let up. Why was I put in a room on the noisy side of the hotel overlooking the road when the hotel was empty literally. What really makes this a two-star though even for its bargain price is the fact that they lock the hotel up at 1:00 a.m. and then do not reopen it until 8:30 a.m. I wanted to go out for breakfast but was trapped in the hotel. At 8:30 when I came down to leave it was still locked up and there was no one around and I had to unlock the place myself so I could leave. Certainly the poorest accommodation I've had in all of my visits to Italy. Excellent cafe just across the roundabout though. Highly recommended, along with the pizzeria next door.

The hotel run by an elderly couple. They were very nice to us. Our room was cleaned every day. The public beach is only in a 1 minute walk from there. We got a fresh towel everyday. I highly recommend to stay here. Thank you everything.

A little fridge would be nice.

Right on the train line! It's close to lots of little eateries. Apparently the pizza place across the road to the right is fab just I never got it. The lady is elderly and speaks no English yet the room was huge, comfortable and very clean. Big shower and bathroom. I had a very comfortable stay.

Breakfast option should be removed from advertisement as it's not offered and I understand why. The lovely lady is elderly and is already offering a good accommodation at reasonable rates. Good location for visiting baiae. If planning to visit a lot in Naples I'd just book a night here as it's a bit out of the centre.

Struttura posta in un punto comodo della zona. Personalmente eleverei la qualità della struttura sia in quanto a pulizia e sia come ristrutturazione della stessa, in quanto un po' vecchiotta

Location was good. Beds were pretty comfortable and the room was clean.

There was no breakfast, but it stated that we could have breakfast for an extra €3.00 per person. We were told by the owner that they did not offer breakfast and to go to the bar across the street which was fine. The room needs some adjustments like a paint job. The bathroom shower stall door was broken, the toilet seat came off and the hairdryer sounded like it was about to die any second. The whole place smells of cigarette smoke because the owners smoke downstairs.
