Very clean, quiet and welcoming homestay. It's not far from city centre of Hoi an although it looks far it's only 5min by taxi or 30 min walk.

Owner a little bit too welcoming want to help you with absolutely everything, it definitely feels like proper homestay. Lack of fridge in the room. I will not rate them under 10 because they truly deserve. I just prefer to be left alone and they treat you like family.

Ultra clean room, big bathroom,lovely friendly host.Only me there,so oh so quiet.....great.

room needs somewhere to put stuff!..shelves,wardrobe, drawers!.No kettle !no tea or coffee at breakfast.
