Our stay was very comfortable with the hospitality of Triksy, who attended everything quickly .At our request, she always did the cleaning and changed the amenities required. We will definitely stay again in this property in our next visit

Only the location

Our stay at DA Men Sunway was extremely disappointing and far below expectations. The room was completely different from what was advertised and felt very uncomfortable and poorly maintained. Upon arrival, there was no proper reception support, no trolley service, no wheelchair assistance, and no staff available to guide or assist us with our luggage. Managing 9 bags with family members, without any support, was extremely difficult and stressful. The condition of the room was unacceptable for a family stay. The beds were not properly cleaned, the bathroom condition was poor, the flush tank was not functioning correctly, and the hand shower was not working. Towels appeared unhygienic, curtains were improperly fixed, and there was water leakage in the bathroom as well. Spiderwebs and insects were there. Overall maintenance and housekeeping standards were highly disappointing. We booked the property for 13 nights, expecting a comfortable family vacation in Malaysia, but the experience forced us to cancel immediately after check-in despite the inconvenience of relocating to another hotel with family and luggage. Unfortunately, the facilities, cleanliness, and overall service quality were simply unacceptable.
