"Great apartment: I stayed a 2nd time"

Apartment is very spacious, very clean, the communication with ODY is great, aircon working as expected, security people are nice. Location is perfect to meet people in Subang Jaya and for the best price I can find. I stayed here in 2025 and 2026, because it is a great apartment.

The Mall next to the apartment building was called Da Men and now Easyhome. In 2026, only 10% of all shops remain, the rest are all closed! I was here in 2025 as well and it was lively, crowded, now it is almost a zombie mall. The kitchen (appliances) is minimal, there is a water cooker, fridge/freezer and a microwave, but I don't see myself cooking a meal. The iron machine is one without water so ironing shirts is not really possible in my opinion, so in my view a too cheap version.

The location is very good, there are some market places downstairs that can fulfil the daily requirements, and also the room's conditions is good & very clean and we stay comfortable. The pic is also response very fast, high recommend for this unit.
