Lovely big room with very comfortable shower and bathroom, bath robes and a nice touch to have all of the mini bar amenities included!

The check in process wasn’t super easy as we arrived after reception shut at 5pm. Because the WiFi was a little weak it took me 40 mins trying to get the key card downloaded on the app so I’d definitely recommend sorting that before you get there. Lifts were only in the main building and we arrived after it had shut so had to drag our super heavy suitcase up multiple flights of stairs. Otherwise it is basically just the room so be aware of that vs other hotels for example the cafe was super busy and we didn’t manage to get a seat there ever because there were queues. We stayed at Villa Copenhagen for a similar price and it definitely felt more luxe with the pool / sauna / breakfast and staff making sure you were looked after.

Mitt problem var att ingen personal arbetade när jag kom och mailet som informerade om hur koden jag skulle använda var felaktigt. Som tur var fanns personal i caféet som hjälpte mig. TV saknades också tyvärr
