This property is a scam. I was not able to stay here in the end. I showed up to the property, with the reservation pre payed through expedia only to find out that not only was it not payed but that they only accept cash and quetzales. in no place do they say that they DO NOT ACCEPT US DOLLARS. they dont take card, they dont take bank transfer, only quetzales in cash. This place kicked us out and yelled at us for "wasting their time". I would not recommend this place to anyone ever. the pictures were clearly taken years ago cause this place was falling apart from the start.

Staff did not know about my reservation , noise in the property until 9 pm

Está relativamente cerca de las embajadas y de la plaza Oakland, estuvimos 2 noches y no me gustó q se escuchaba el ruido de la tubería del baño de arriba y no nos hicieron la limpieza de la habitación el segundo día

This hotel conditions doesn’t match with the great area.

They cancelled on me. Im stuck without where to sleep all night

I didn’t like I was told if I leave even a tiny stain on the bed sheets, I will receive a charge for removing the stain.

This place is gorgeous.. you get a lot for your money!!! Beautiful chalet wow!!!!!

The room and the bathroom smell bad, the mattress were old and worn out, very uncomfortable hardly slept
