This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform Charming Madrid Urgel in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. In response to Coronavirus (COVID-19), additional safety and sanitation measures are in effect at this property. Due to Coronavirus (COVID-19), this property is taking steps to help protect the safety of guests and staff. Certain services and amenities may be reduced or unavailable as a result. Guests will receive a rental agreement which must be signed and returned to the property prior to arrival. If guests do not receive the agreement on time, they should contact the property management company at the number on the booking confirmation. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A damage deposit of EUR 150 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that guests under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Otherwise, they will need to submit a signed release form along with a copy of the parent's or legal guardian's passport. The property can provide a template of the authorization form upon request. Only temporary reservations are allowed, not short stays. The house is not rented for tourist purposes, since they are temporary rentals. Please note that this property IS NOT A TOURIST APARTMENT. Tenants must sign a temporary rental agreement upon arrival. This contract respects in all its clauses the conditions of the reservation that you will make and does not imply any additional responsibility to the terms and conditions of your Booking reservation. For reservations lasting more than 28 days, electricity and gas consumption will not be included in the rent, the bill amount will be borne by the guest.
