Très grand appartement avec un petit jardin.

Malheureusement, l'emplacement n'est pas très pratique pour se garer ou pour rejoindre le centre ville

the apartment is ok for its price. but there are things that are included in the basic minimum when you provide rental services. the sponge for washing dishes should be clean for each guest, not old and smelly! the shower should also be clean of hair from previous tenants. also there is no knife in use that can cut anything and the corkscrew for wine is broken, which is strange for Italy

Es una locación cerca de la estación de trenes de La Spezia Centrale. Para subir hay escaleras, siendo desde la estación 2 cuadras y luego 3 en subida. Es un buen lugar para hacer base pero no lo recomiendo si son gente mayor debido al difícil acceso a pie.

Es un lugar amplio, la ducha un espectáculo y la gente muy atenta

Es nuestra segunda vez en este apartamento y sin duda volveremos. Las instalaciones super limpias y cómodas, cerca de la estación y del centro de La Spezia. La comunicación con la dueña excelente.
