Very spacious, very clean, super close to main attractions and starting points of most tours. Neighborhood as such absolutely no issue when coming from via Etna, but can imagine it could feel sketchy when walking from the other direction (the main station) at night. The room is huge and has a walk-in closet

Very impersonal (never saw host), instructions on how to enter and pick up keys were overly complicated, building and stairwell seemed rundown and sketchy, "apartment" (consisting of the two rooms being rented out) felt a bit unsafe. Strange restrictions on WiFi (no streaming, no downloads). Provided amenities were extremely basic

La chambre est très propre et le lieu est parfaitement situé pour visiter Catane, à proximité de tous les endroits les plus touristiques. Le monsieur que j'ai eu au téléphone a été très disponible et agréable. Il m'a bien facilité mon séjour en m'envoyant toutes les informations importantes sur mon WhatsApp.

Il n'y avait pas de fenêtre donnant sur l'extérieur, mais je ne suis restée dans la chambre que pour dormir, donc ce n'était pas gênant. J'aurais aimé laisser ma valise 2 heures pour visiter la ville avant d'aller à l'aéroport, mais il n'y avait pas d'endroit pour la laisser malheureusement.

Location was great! It was clean and communication was good!

The internet was not working all the time. The room had a shared entry where we left the keys when we left. Little tables which left no place to charge electronics.. No shelf in shower and towels were too thin to dry properly. Chair is/was dirty.

Struttura pulitissima e curata, accogliente e in ottima posizione, vicina al centro e non isolata.

La rete wifi non é prestante ed è l’unico difetto di questa struttura che consiglierei a tutti.

There were no windows in the room

Great find, accommodation was spotless, & very comfortable and a perfect location for access to all the main central sites of interest. The arrival information was very helpful, especially where the airport bus drop off/collection points are. I was also provided with luggage storage point very close to the accommodation as my flight was later in the day.
