Staff were very friendly and food was great!

Dinner was served a little late for a family with young kids. By 19:30, our daughter was too tired to eat.

Friendly atmosphere, staff welcoming and helpful. Views amazing from bedroom , relaxing chilled room .Bed very comfortable, slept well, excellent stay would recommend.

good value for money and the food is good. the rooms are cleaned well every day.

most of the staff were trainees without much supervision. the standard of customer service has dropped. i have visited this hotel more than 10 times and this was the worst customer service i have seen. perhaps the staff could start by smiling!! How about trying to accommodate late check-outs? the shower rooms that are given are disgraceful.
