Indian Palace

The staff team, led by Jamal, were excellent. We had an issue right at the start and he worked tirelessly to find a solution that would work for us. The rooms are beautiful, the hotel serene and the decor tasteful. Breakfast was also lovely.

The room downstairs had a loud water pump working outside our bathroom which worked loudly every time anyone in the whole hotel used water. We are light sleepers so for us this was a deal breaker. But as mentioned, Jamal moved us around and we loved the rest of our stay.

The property was so beautiful and the top room with the balcony was so spacious and magnificent for three! The staff were the best I’ve ever had at a hotel — they went above and beyond with every need and request and were truly just the best people. They made our beautiful stay even better!

L’indian palace est toujours aussi calme, le personnel est très agréable. Dommage que l’établissement ait transformé l’espace “créatif” situé sur la terrasse en chambre. Mes enfants adoraient s’y rendre pour jouer et dessiner. Situation géographique proche de la médina et bab Doukkala. Parking avec gardien jour/nuit à une minute.

Excellent séjour dans cette structure qui est magnifique, la décoration et le jardin intérieur sont vraiment tres beaux, l’équipe est très sympathique et professionnelle. La chambre à l’étage était confortable avec un petit salon sur le balcon agréable pour la fin de journée. Les repas étaient excellents et le repas du soir délicieux (nous y avons profité le soir de notre arrivée, très pratique après le voyage). Un grand merci à Jamal le manager qui a rendu notre séjour très agréable. Il n’y a pas beaucoup de chambre, ceci permet d’avoir une atmosphère calme et apaisante au sein de la structure. Ce riad est une vraie expérience au cœur de Marrakech.
