Lacasa Homestay - Hostel

Atmosphere was very friendly. I feel like home there. There is a kitchen with all necessary equipment I need, which is very good when you are on diet during traveling. Small alley with a fine coffee shop, food all nearby. I just need to walk and everything's already there.

Just need to improve about headlight on the bunkbed. It did not work. And, water flushing system was quite weak in the toilet

Quiet alley way, reasonable location. An effort to be made in regard interior decor in the small rooms

After conformation email, we were told our room wasn't ready due unforeseen circumstances (apparently) and had to move rooms on second night. We booked and paid for a balcony room, but there is none - no accommodation on second and third floor. No person on reception desk. Was locked out one night and had to climb through bedroom window. (Owners should advise a curfew). Our nightly rate was reduced slightly to compensate for not providing the room we booked.

The Toilet was good

The sink is very narrow, and the mirror shelf is designed larger than the sink area. Every time I bend down to wash my face, my forehead hits the mirror. There was no staff taking care of guests at all. Whenever I needed to ask something, there was no receptionist or staff around. I texted the owner via Zalo, but I did not feel any real sense of hospitality or service spirit. The curtain around the dorm bed is too thin, so people outside can see everything inside. The blanket does not have a cover, and there are no amenities provided in the room. Compared to the price, I don’t think it is worth it. I stayed for one night, met the owner only once at check-in, and did not see any staff for the rest of my stay.
