Please note that there is a nonrefundable 1.4% charge when you pay with a Visa or Mastercard credit card, and a nonrefundable 2.75% charge when you pay with an American Express credit card. The name on the credit card used for the booking should correspond to the guest staying at the property. We require a physical card for the balance and pre authorization to be presented on check-in by the cardholder. Please note that virtual driving licenses are not accepted as a form of identification. This property requires a credit card pre-authorization upon check in, to cover any incidental charges. A flat rate of AUD 200 per apartment is required. This property does not have any policies, procedures or resources in place to accommodate the unique needs of school graduates during the annual 'Schoolies Week' period. It does not have adequate resources to engage qualified security personnel to guarantee the safety, comfort and convenience of school graduate guests during this period. Between the dates of 20 November 2026 to 4 December 2026; all guests must be 21 years of age or over to stay at the property.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. A deposit may be required at the property.
