Estava frio e os cobertores tinham que ser retirados na recepcao e nao eram quentes, eram apenas mantas. Poderiam estar nos quartos ou entao ser avisado na recepcao que teriam que ser retirados e serem mais confortaveis

Após o check-in, foi entregue o cartão de acesso ao apto e não consegui abrir o porta. Voltando a recepção, me foi entregue novo cartão que ao abrir a porta, me deparei com hóspedes na unidade hoteleira, numa demonstração de falta de controle na distribuição dos aptos aos seus hóspedes. Decepção total.

"bom custo benefício"

A localização é muito boa, as instalações são nova, tudo funciona bem. A cama é confortável, o café da manhã tinha boa variedade e tudo com boa qualidade.

Estava frio e não havia cobertor de qualidade, apenas uma manta pequena. Também não tinha ar quente no quarto.
